At Lawctopus Law School, we understand that learners may choose not to continue a course for various reasons, including mismatch of expectations, time constraints, health issues, or other personal reasons.
To ensure fairness, we have a standard refund policy applicable to all students.
Standard Refunds
We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and transparency, our refund policy is as follows:
- 80% refund if requested within 7 days from the batch start date.
- 60% refund if requested within 15 days from the batch start date.
- No refunds will be issued after 15 days from the batch start date, under any circumstances.
These deductions account for logistical costs and the value of learning materials and sessions already accessed by the learner during this period.
- If the course fee is paid in installments or partial payments, the refund eligibility period (80% within 7 days, 60% within 15 days) will be calculated from the batch start date, not from the date of individual payments.
- Refunds are non-transferable and apply only to the original registrant.
- Lawctopus Law School reserves the right to update or revise the Refund Policy at any time. Learners are responsible for keeping themselves updated about any changes on the website. Updates will not be communicated individually via email.
Workshops
- For workshops, the booking amount (e.g., Rs. 3900, etc.) is non-refundable.
- The standard refund policy will apply to the remaining amount paid.
Non-Refundable Products
- The LLS Subscription Product priced at Rs. 24,000 is strictly non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@lawctopus.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Course name and batch
- Reason for requesting the refund (please provide supporting proof if applicable, e.g., medical certificate, work-related proof, etc.)
- We will review your request and revert to you within 5 days of receipt of your email with a communication regarding the refund.
If you are eligible, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 10 days of approval. Refunds may take additional time due to banking processes, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
